Waldhausen GmbH & Co. KG is one of the leading suppliers of equestrian products with its headquarters in Cologne. Since 1836, as a long-established company, we stand for quality awareness and innovation in the entire world of equestrian sports. Waldhausen is the official outfitter of the German Olympic Committee for Equestrianism (DOKR). The continuous development of equestrian products available from our in-house brands E·L·T, SWING and Waldhausen, as well as the distribution of leading international equestrian brands such as Wintec, Beris, GPA or Likit, makes Waldhausen one of the leading equestrian brands in the world.

Headquarter

Since 2000, the headquarters and logistics center of Waldhausen GmbH & Co. KG is located in Köln-Ossendorf, from where today more than 3,000 customers, exclusively specialized dealers and wholesalers as well as foreign importers, are served. All our over 15,000 products as well as latest collections are presented as samples in a 400 m² showroom.

Warehouse

The newly built four-story office building with conference rooms and offices also includes the modern warehouse and order picking area with a size of 8,300 m². The two 15 m high halls offer storage space for over 7,200 pallets. Short distances between the administration and warehouse areas ensure fast and uncomplicated communication at all times.

Our museum

Starting as a saddler's atelier and court supply shop for the aristocracy, Waldhausen has a history with equestrian sports that goes far back into the 18th century. In our museum on the second floor, we exhibit a collection of historical artefacts to honor and preserve the tangible and intangible heritage of equestrian sports. From old side saddles, bits, trunks and bridles, every historical piece finds its place in here.

The eventcenter

Our 400 m² showroom always displays the latest collections to our customers as well as a selection of samples from our product range. With that, we would like to offer the possibility to convince oneself of the quality of our products right on the spot. Furthermore, internal trainings for our team members are held here on a regular basis.

The Waldhausen meeting place

Come together to meet at the "Waldhausen Treff"! The in-house canteen offers the optimal Feel Good atmosphere for your general lunch break. Here you can flexibly heat up the lunch you have brought with you and enjoy it outside in the courtyard if the weather is sunny. There are also vending machines for coffee and soft drinks.

The departments

Our ten different departments constantly work hand in hand when it comes to developing and implementing new products. Commitment and quality awareness are the top priorities here. In addition to the usual departments such as marketing, IT, accounting, purchasing and controlling, we also have our own design team, which is in the initial stages of every product development. Also, the logistics team is located next door to all other departments. Consequently, the shortest possible communication channels and fast shipping can be guaranteed.
