Whether equestrian experience is required depends on the position. For some roles—especially in product-related areas—knowledge of equestrian sports is very important. However, there are also positions where equestrian experience is not necessary, and other professional qualifications are more relevant. Each job posting clearly states whether equestrian knowledge is required or desirable.
Applicant data is retained for up to 6 months after the conclusion of the application process (rejection or withdrawal) and then deleted. Longer storage may occur if the applicant has given consent (e.g., inclusion in the applicant pool) or if legal retention obligations prevent deletion. Data from the applicant pool is deleted after 2 years. All details can be found in the privacy policy on the career page.
