Your application
To join our team, please send us your complete application documents, including a cover letter, your CV, and any relevant certificates (e.g., work references, school certificates, or internship confirmations). This gives us a first impression of you and your qualifications.
Review and selection
Once we receive your application, we carefully review whether your profile matches the requirements of the advertised position. We consider your experience and skills. If your qualifications align with the role, we will invite you to a personal interview to get to know you better.
Getting to know you and deciding
During the interview, we want to learn more about your personality, professional goals, and suitability for the role. We will answer any questions you may have and discuss the details of the position. There is also the option to schedule a trial day to meet your future team and get a closer look at the daily processes. If both sides agree, we will make you an offer and warmly welcome you to our team.
