Getting to know you and deciding
During the interview, we want to learn more about your personality, professional goals, and suitability for the role. We will answer any questions you may have and discuss the details of the position. There is also the option to schedule a trial day to meet your future team and get a closer look at the daily processes. If both sides agree, we will make you an offer and warmly welcome you to our team.

- On your first day, we start with a small “welcome coffee” to get to know each other.
- You will then receive comprehensive product and software training from experienced colleagues.
- In the following weeks, you will spend time in other departments to better understand the company and meet your new colleagues.
