The Waldhausen Scandic Multi-Layer turnout rug is the ultimate combination of comfort, functionality, high-quality materials, innovative features and an intelligent multi-layer filling. The antibacterial lining ensures maximum comfort. The new V-front fastening and gusset ensure an ideal fit and optimum freedom of movement. Reflective piping increases the visibility and safety of your horse in poor light conditions. The 1200 denier outer material guarantees a robust and hard-wearing rug that can withstand the challenges of outdoor use.
Thanks to the different fillings, the rug offers optimum protection: The back is more heavily padded than the sides, as horses lose most of their heat through the back. This means that the sensitive back area is perfectly protected, while the lighter filling on the sides ensures less weight and a comfortable fit.
Stay-Clean Inlay:
No more horse hair in rugs that have only been tried on once. The Stay-Clean Inlay from Waldhausen is a practical and innovative solution for trying on horse rugs hygienically and easily without getting them dirty or covered in hair. The inlay is directly integrated in the new Waldhausen turnout rugs and attached to the inside. This prevents direct contact between the horse"s back and the rug. The end result is that the rug stays clean, even if it has only been used once to try it on.
It is important to note that it is not intended for permanent use, but only for short-term use during fittings. The Stay-Clean Inlay peels off for easy removal.
