Digital thermometer for horses for safe, fast and convenient use in the stable and at competitions. Measures the horse"s body temperature (89.6-109.4 °F / 32-43 °C) within 20 seconds. With practical hole at the end for fingers to pass through. Made of durable plastic and easy to clean. Just switch on the thermometer, insert it rectally and use the hole to hold it in place with your finger. After a few seconds, the temperature appears on the digital display. Clean thoroughly after use and keep ready for next time.
Start: Press and hold the button, the display shows segments consecutively (188.8/ Lo/ flashing F/C). The device is then ready for use. The measurement is completed when the beep sounds after approx. 20-25 seconds.
Switch off: Press and hold the button or switch off automatically after a few minutes.
Cleaning: Clean with soap and lukewarm water, disinfect the thermometer head before and after each use, do not immerse in liquid.

Battery change: If the display fails or a battery symbol appears, replace the battery. Unscrew the rear panel, pull out the circuit board by approx. 1 cm and remove the battery using a suitable tool. Insert a new LR41 (L736F) battery with the positive pole facing upwards. Then close again.
