Operation & Heat Settings

All Comfort Heat products are easy to operate using a single button. To switch the heating function on, press and hold the power button for several seconds. The product automatically starts on the highest heat setting (55°C, red light). Press the button briefly to switch between the three temperature levels:

  • Red: 55 °C
  • White: 50 °C
  • Blue: 45 °C

Important: For additional safety, all Comfort Heat products feature overheating protection. The highest heat setting (red light) automatically switches off after several minutes. If required, simply switch the product back on.

Comfort Heat products feature integrated heating elements powered by a power bank. After switching the product on, you can easily select your preferred heat setting for comfortable warmth while riding, working in the stable, or enjoying outdoor activities.
All Comfort Heat products offer three temperature levels: Blue: 45°C, White: 50°C and Red: 55°C. The desired temperature can be selected using the power button.
Comfort Heat products are powered by any standard USB-C power bank. The matching Waldhausen Power Bank (Item No. 386700) is available separately. The Heated Gloves include the required power banks, with replacement sets also available separately.

No. This is normal operation. When the highest heat setting (55°C, red light) is selected, it automatically switches off after approximately 10 minutes as an additional overheating protection feature. The product can then simply be switched on again, and the desired heat setting selected.
