A combination of the effect of a tongue bar and the positive qualities of a butterfly bit. The profile of the beris KONNEX bar is slimmer, it positions itself very comfortably in the horse"s mouth, offers more space and the arch of the beris KONNEX bar is significantly wider. Suitable for horses with limited space in the mouth, e.g. in thoroughbred or older horses (due to changes in the position of the teeth), in horses with a larger tongue and especially in horses that are sensitive to pressure on the tongue. The loose ring means greater mobility of the bit in the mouth. The water snaffle is therefore a bit for horses that prefer a more "mobile" bit in the mouth. The ring runs very evenly in the copper bushes and considerably increases the service life of the bit thanks to its improved durability.
